Today I thought I’d share with you a food fail….
I really didn’t want to share this post because it didn’t come out how I wanted but the reality is all of us aren’t perfect, shit ain’t pretty, and sometimes (no matter how hard you try and want it) it doesn’t turn out how you want. Haha not Pinterest picture perfect.

Honey Mustard Chicken

It’s yummy post time!

I made a delicious Honey Mustard Chicken using boneless chicken breasts, you can slice these up into strips if you have kiddos. Really would work with any cut of chicken you have. You’ll have to make a honey mustard sauce (which I’ve doubled from this post) and a crust, but it’s really easy and totally worth it!

Baked Avocado Egg

Mayo Free Potato Salad….i am not a professional

Hi guys! Sorry I have been slacking on posts. Working on some things for you guys and it’s taking a bit longer than anticipated. So, in the mean time, here’s a short recipe post!

I have NO clue why everyone likes this potato salad I make, but I am happy they do and love making it. It’s delicious as a side for any outdoor summer cook outs. It’s simple, easy and mayo free! Don’t get me wrong, I love me some mayo, but sometimes you want something a little lighter to round out all those burgers and brats. Since I just made it for Easter, I thought I’d share it with you guys since everyone always asks me how to make it. Before I start, I’d like to share that I am by no means a professional chef/cook person  :p
