3 Ingredient DIY Lemon Honey Sugar Face Scrub (easy and simple)

Hiya folks!
Hope everyone had a fun Easter (if you celebrate)! I know I did cracking confetti eggs on my loved ones heads haha. If you don’t know what I’m talking about just google and you tube it, you may start this tradition in your family. You’re welcome.
I’m not a huge make up gal but I do enjoy skin products like moisturizers, serums, masks, and scrubs to name a few. I thought I’d share with you a super easy scrub that I make for myself.

This amazing and great smelling Lemon Honey Sugar Face Scrub is made with only 3 ingredients!
Oil, Honey, and Sugar
That’s it guys!

One of my favorite combos (above):
Burt’s Bees Mama Bee Nourishing Body Oil (made with almond and lemon peel)
BeeLove Raw Honey
And White Sugar

BUT
Another combo that I love is:
Coconut Oil
BeeLove Raw Honey
And Brown Sugar

Take 3 tablespoons oil, 2 tablespoons honey, and 1/2 cup of sugar.
Mix well.
And there you have it!! An easy and moisturizing face scrub.

I would say that it lasts about 6 weeks and I use mine once a week. Keep in a jar or airtight container and DO NOT get water inside or it can mold. I keep a little spoon by mine to give a quick stir and scoop out.

To Use:
Wet skin, scoop out desired amount and rub into wet skin, rinse off.
Since it is oil/honey based it will leave a light layer of residue, but it soaks into your skin and feels moisturizing and dewey!
On scrub days I skip my moisturizer since I feel the scrub is hydrating enough. I personally, have dry/normal skin so I can not say how it works on oily skin.

So fresh and so clean!

It would be great for gifts too! I keep mine in a cute jar with a ceramic spoon. The jar used to be a candle and I can’t quite remember where the spoon came from.

Do you guys ever DIY any beauty products?

Love,
B
