Hi guys! I got a suggestion for a 3 ingredient recipe post….and 4 was the best I could do this week. I tried! It’s easy, you only need a Crockpot.
Ingredients:
Frozen Cooked Meatballs Homestyle or Italian (in the Meats section of the Frozen Food aisle)
Marinara sauce
Shredded Cheese
Sub Bread
Put the meatballs and 3/4 of the marinara sauce in the Crockpot. Mix well.
Cook on High for at least 2 hours, no more than 4.
Open the Crockpot and re-stir before serving.
Stack those puppies on the bread and top with cheese.
THAT’S LITERALLY IT!!!!!

Kevin and I love making these for lunch or dinner on lazy Sundays. There are only 2 of us and a whole bag of meatballs is alot, so sometimes we only make half. Other times we enjoy the leftover meatballs for work lunch or on top of pasta as a second day meal. 🙂

If you want one variety, try adding some sliced zucchini to the maranara sauce.
